I will start by saying that my divorce was very difficult and involved many delays and physical abuse. Linda Bush was an excellent attorney in every way. She was fair and truthful. Linda is awesome to work with. Everything is handled promptly and professionally. Even though no one would wish having to go through a divorce on anyone, I would recommend this office if you need a helping hand.
This is by far the best law firm for your needs. Mr. Shipe calls you himself to answer your questions and you dont feel like there is a timer on with a fee to follow. He is very knowledgeable and has all the answers to the questions formulating in my mind. The fees are also reasonable- i would definitely refer here. His receptionist Shannon is great too, she has even stayed late waiting for me in traffic. I rate them 5 Stars!
I had the privilege to be represented by Ms. Bush. She handled my case extremely professionally and effectively. I was very happy with the advice she gave me and how knowledgeable she was. All staff from the practice were polite and professional as well. Everyone was understanding and sensitive to my circumstances and handled my case accordingly. I highly recommend this firm to anyone needing of any of the services they provide.
Linda has worked with me on my divorce case for the past three years. It was a very difficult case because the other side was extremely reluctant to provide any meaningful paperwork. I suppose most attorneys would have allowed more "interesting" cases to absorb their time but not Linda. She pursued the other side with such tenacity that my ex now refers to her as my "pitbull attorney". Given my ex's attitude, a "pitbull" is exactly what I needed. Thanks Linda!
