It might be appealing that he will handle your case for a flat fee but what that means is your case is not a priority and hes working on more cases than he can handle. Very frustrating when your case takes way longer than it should have taken. He does not have a good reputation among other lawyers and even some judges. Sean is a great attorney. He will let you know what he thinks is reasonable and can be accomplished and makes it happen. My case was a little outside of the norm and went longer than expected and he fought for me through it all.
