I had a terrible wreck last July caused by a defective sway bar on my truck. They completely took over the case and called every day for information. Even Jon called me. After three weeks it was determined a Florida Statue prevented us from going any further because truck was 14 years old. Jon called to tell me this but then he said let me try to get something for you. He got me $5000 which helped pay for what was not covered by insurance. I think they went further than most would have. Thank You Guys.

Dont do it. Biggest headache they dont fight for you. I tried to hire another attorney but mediation came up & I never got return calls or get to talk to another atty so I went Im not a lawyer I trusted this guy. He sent another racially biased atty who along with mediator & not on record bullied me together I should've walked out but i was so upset & i have ptsd & 2 strokes i was overwhelmed & taken advantage of. Jonathan, you and your staff are AWESOME. You helped me get through a process I didn't even think I would get anywhere with. From the beginning you and your staff were there for me. Always returned my calls and answered my questions so that I could understand what was happening. When we get to visit Daytona Beach sometime, I'll have to stop in to give everyone hugs. Worst firm in Florida.I had a clear cut case in worker comp and not only did Mr Rotstien drop the ball completely,he tried getting me to settle for a super low amount!During mediation,I had to basically fire him and negotiated my own settlement in the amount of six times what he suggested I take.They completely wasted my time and I'm sure with him as my lawyer I would have definitely lost at trial.Dont hire these people for anything,totally worthless

It was very good. I was very impressed by my para legal Angelina she helped e though alot of questions I had. And let me know where I was with my case. She was very professional. My lawyer Mr. Shiffman. Fought for me in court and that made a difference because now I can help pay bills and help me emotionaly. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Shiffman so ok much.
