I guess the negative reviews were right! I was supposed to get a call from them for a phone appointment and they never called! They sent me a reminder email a day before and a text 15 minutes before the call but, no call! After reading all the sorry I got them, and don't bother reviews, I'm saving myself a headache. Thank you all for the warning, I'm moving on!!!

I can't believe what this rotstein guy did to me he got me a settlement of $20,000 that I told him I didn't want to settle. My wife cried when he first said he could get me $6 or $7 thousand for my case and when he called back with his great news of $20,000 she cried even more since at the time I still was in excruciating pain and couldn't walk at all. Well I'm currently dealing with this law firm for disability approval. I know my case is in medical review with SSA. I was feeling hopeful until I came across these negative reviews. I hope to come back and write ✍️ down how awesome my experience turned out to be ☺️. Do yourself a favor, and avoid them at all cost!! HORRIBLE, I had my hearing with the law judge, and VICTOR the attorney they sent didn't ask one single question to the Judge or the vocational expert. All he did was complain about his back hurting!! So of course I was denied. So i call them after i sat on hold for 35 min and spoke with new paralegal, that explained that they had fired victor and they would file with the appeals council. My disability filing began in April 2018. Unfortunately the law firm did not include ALL of medical records in the initial filing for disability. I have Lupus and Sjogrens Syndrome and ALL of the medical records were critical in the disability decision from Social Security. The lack of consistent legal aids created lack of communication as they changed almost monthly and was extremely frustrating. Awesome Law firm. In 2015, I suffered a serious work related Injury. I suffered 4 Pulmonary Embolisms from DVTs, resulting from extended work travel. They made sure I was able to qualify for SSDI, as well as helped me with my Workers Comp case. Ok so I received an up date on my case and was told I would be contacted to reschedule an appointment to start everything all over again with my disability case. That was August 22nd. 2019. I told her if your ofc doesn't want to help me that is fine since per the SS ofc yall haven't done anything for my case since April... April 2018...
