Very happy with Richard McConathy handling of my case. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Always kept me informed of my case. He is a larger office so he has the staff to handle more complex cases like mine. Cynthia and Amanda his paralegals are the best. The staff always had great ready to help attitudes. Very tight run ship. Brian Bolton is very aggressive but in a good way. All round a very good experience in a difficult situation. You should hire them.
I'm a young professional with a future ahead of me.I was falsely accused of a crime by my ex. She was able to get the police to put a felony charge on me. I was facing up to 20 years in prison. I thought everything I had worked for was over. A friend said to call Richard McConathy. Best call I ever made! He was able to show the DA that the other person involved was lying about the whole thing. The DA eventually dropped the case. I got my life back. I have a distinct honor of being Mr. McConathy first client way back in 2002. I first hired him when I was19. He and I were both new to the criminal court system so I'd say we learned it together. Got my case dismissed. Unfortunately I didn't learn my lesson and had to use him 3 more times until I grew up. If it wasn't for Richard and his legal knowledge I'd be in prison. My son being away from home for the first time made a bad decision and got into trouble. Its very nerve racking when your child calls from jail and you don't know what to do. Luckily I found Richard and Brian. They know he system and the law. We are very pleased with the case results for our son.
