Let me just say approx feb 2016 Kathleen McCaffrey and Summer Brooks and Norman Menter took on my 8yr olds dog bite case recently it went to settlement supposedly.With this office having all of my wife and mines info and my sons.Then we recieve a letter today that after agreeing to settle there withdrawing from are case not a call no reason just a letter......This in are oppinion is pretty unprofessional period....Dont trust larry h parkers office or employees...No call backs no respect for there clients nor there children .... read more

Sean, you know there is more to this review than you are telling. I am sorry you feel this way, but we do what is in the best interest of our clients and the client was your child. We rejected the case because you would not follow through on things we asked from you and because you were extremely rude about it when we called. You know why it got to this point.
I would like to say what an amazing team Larry Parker has. Not only were the people I spoke to professional but you felt that they really cared for you. As I am fond of saying, "You were not just a file on a computer but treated with respect and care". Summer Brooks was compassionate and she always returned my phone calls. She was very detailed which left me with all my questions being answered.
