We just wanted to thank Mr Rosenbaum. We were buying our dream home and it was very stressful. The sellers kept trying to add things to the contract. Josh (he insists we call him Josh) took the time to explain it all to us and put our minds at ease. We closed on our home last week and could not have done it without him. What was a very stressful time in our lives , was made easier because of how Josh handled this. I would HIGHLY recommend him due to his overall knowledge as well as his calm demeanor.
I had a very poor experience with this lawyer. I had sent him a contract which he had not read and I could have lost my offer because of his slow response time. I had to find another lawyer.
