A lawyer from this law firm represented a client and mislead the presiding judge. Attorney Scott did not inform the judge that his client intends to flee the country yet informed the soon to be ex-wife off the record in the hallway after court. Also, Attorney Yellin filed for a divorce for his client using a hotel address knowing the client intended to flee to another country.
Ira is very professional, right to the point. He fights for the best interest of his clients at a very reasonable fee
I had a quick 5 minute consult to ask if they could handle my case etc. the man I spoke with said was soft spoken but kind of condescending. I was explaining my situation and he had something again everything I said. And then at the end decided I was too broke to pay so he gave me the info for Norfolk Bar association! I don’t qualify for that we services, my salary is too high,,, but okay let’s be judge mental. This is why I always ask for free consult. You get to weed out the bad.
