DC Number and Address, Yet Don't Work There There is no reason to have an office address and phone number that are only for Washington, DC. I could forgive that, but the person who answered my call hung up on me as soon as I said I was from DC. He didn't say anything more than "We do not take calls that will be from that area," and then I heard the dial tone. If that is what you get from people who have the job of speaking with people, I can only imagine how bad the lawyers are.
