Very thorough! They leave no stone unturned. Also appreciate their pro-activeness is maintaining our estate and my father's who also uses Carrier Law. His estate is much more complicated than ours. Carrier contacted us as a routine check-up to make sure any new bank accounts were assigned the current estate name. We had made changes and their call walked us through the process of correcting what we had forgotten to do when new accounts were opened.
I can't help but notice that there are 10 reviews here with no information and two of them are done by people with the same last name of the lawyer being reviewed. Maybe the 8 others are employees of the law firm. There is no law against propping up your online presence, but it suggests a way of doing business that is less than genuine. I also asked questions of the staff and was given lawyer-speak for an answer. I expect lawyer-speak to an adversary, but to a potential client? I've taken my business elsewhere.
David Carrier setup our estate plan, and we are very pleased with the complete process. We had a Trust before from another law firm, but not the kind that we needed to protect our assets from the nursing home. The process was very thorough, well presented and informative. We highly recommend David to anyone that is concerned about nursing home costs.
