DO NOT USE DANIEL KIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Retaining Daniel Kim was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. I wish there was a single positive thing I could say about him, but there isn't. He was one of the rudest people I've ever come into contact with. I was ultimately forced to fire him and obtain new representation because of his shortcomings in the case.
