At every stage, the employees were kind, encouraging, and helpful.
Mr. Abrams is quick and professional. We ran into some issues with a sale of a property that was in a trust. Mr. Abrams had previously assisted the trustee with a previous version of the trust and title was requiring a copy of it to sell the property. I contacted Mr. Abrams the day of closing and he was able to not only once, but twice send me much needed documents to send to title and escrow to make the sale possible.
