Went out of his way to do everything he said he would. Worked with me on all aspects of my case and worked with my lawyer in another county to ensure my cases were ran concurrent. Overall a good human being, honestly.
I had a simple case. He had simple solutions. I didn't want to drag it out and go to trial so he expedited it and got me a much better deal than I had been previously offered.

Benjamin Waters is unprofessional, doesn’t communicate. He has no idea what is going on with the case. He drags his feet, and is looking for easy money with the retainer fee. He doesn’t call you back, to update on a case. His word means nothing, he doesn’t follow thru with things he has agreed to do. Other people knew more about the case then the own attorney. I would highly suggest not using Mr. Waters.
Worst attorney in Tulsa. Told me the wrong court room, and then told me the wrong court date. Spent 30 days in jail due to his incompetents, lost both of my jobs, and my house. Terrible human being.
