Only reason I'm giving a star is because I have to. I got served papers and have no clue who they are and they want me to bring all my taxs and income and proof of everything I own to court, so I call them and they want to know my address and social security so I said you all should have that, I'm not giving it over the phone and she hangs up!! So I still don't know who it is or why they are having g me go to court, but sounds fishy to me and when you call you don't get anyone it tool 3 days to get a call back!

This is the most unethical company I've ever experienced. They purchase bad debts for pennies on the dollar and that are nearing the point of expiration and take them to court. They do the bare minimum to notify the debtors so that they have no opportunity to satisfy, and they can win garnishments in court with exorbitant amounts of interest.
