States he will fight or a case and for "what is just" but then he is unable to schedule anything bc of Florence Family Court. Stated he will not be taking any more cases in Florence due to how they are scheduling - will drop a client when they ask for him to follow a Court Order - for example - a party being in Contempt - when asked to file a RTSC - he says he will and never does - after 13 months!!!
Would never recommend. Makes promises and does not follow through - is easily intimidated by other attorneys and will waste money emailing before being assertive. His family also comes before any case (admirable for him but not for a client in a time sensitive situation). Easily run over by other attorneys.
Does not respond to emails or requests - has been on my case for a year and a half and has lost time with my granddaughter that I raised with NO legal justification - did NOT fight for me or our relationship and refuses to respond.
If I could give a 10/5 stars I absolutely would! Jason is a compassionate, funny, intelligent FORCE! He is very competent in every aspect of the law and will do everything he can for you and your case. I have used him every single time I have ever needed an attorney and have never been disappointed. If you want an attorney that will fight for you AND communicate with you then he is the one. You won’t be disappointed by choosing him to represent you.
