Update, 2/19/2026 Had a question about something on my legal documents which were written in 2023, so reached out again to Dual Schneider. He was pleasant, and provided clear legal answers. Thanks Dual. With advancing age, I decided it was time to update key important documents - Will, Advanced Directives, Medical Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney. Dual is great! Knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. His rates are very reasonable and he makes sure you are satisfied with his work. I highly recommend!
Where to begin.... He doesn't answer or return phone calls. His paperwork is horrible and doesn't hold up with the banks. Any questions you have...will not be answered. His customers are an excuse for him to pocket money. He has no advice because he doesn't have any advice. Horrible estate attorney.
Dual is very easy to talk to. Really listened to our needs and offered creative solutions to our estate planning needs. Never felt rushed. Not a boiler plate estate solution. Dual personalizes it to your exact needs and desires. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!
