I received an advertisement in the mail from Travis Towe because I had been charged with a DUI less safe because I couldn't complete the field test, even though I tried. I have degenerative arthritis in my left knee, neuropathy in both legs and I'm legally disabled. I also am practically deaf. I blew on the side of the road 5 times before being asked to to walk the straight line test.
