Laurie and Michelle made the process of buying a house seamless. There was no situation that they were not prepared for, and were always extremely responsive to whatever questions that I had. They prepared me for every step in the process and negotiated a great deal for my first house. I would recommend them to anyone in the Delco area looking to buy a home.
Michelle was outstanding! She helped us through a challenging sale of a family home. She gave us great advice, was on top of every detail, and did everything she could to minimize the work on our end. She is also a kind and empathetic person. We cannot recommend Laurie and her team enough, especially for first time home buyers. She has extensive knowledge of the Philly real estate market and made the process so easy, especially when it came time for negotiations!
