Great location, awesome amenities, excellent staff! The Laurel is the place to be downtown!
Overall, this is a very nice apartment complex to check out. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is very nice. In addition, with park improvements and additions of new resturaunts, the downtown area by the Laurel is starting to florish. The Laurel apt complex used to be known for their community involvement and connecting young professionals in the city. Although this is on the rise, I would like to see an improvement in this area.
I have been in the building for over a year, and The Laurel has met all my expectations. The place is always immaculately clean, and I am always proud to bring over friends and family to let them walk into the impressive, classy lobby. Management and maintenance are very attentive to any needs. The private outdoor space was a major selling point for me, and I like laying around the pool in the warmer months. The Laurels is a great little community right on Washington Ave! The location is prime, and the restaurants across the street are delicious and convenient. The pool is perfect for entertaining and the BBQ's are brand new and clean. The Laurel is an amazing gem in the middle of downtown St. Louis.
The Laurel is without a doubt the best apartment building I've ever lived in. It is beautiful and has all the amenities residents could possibly need. In addition, the staff is so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They make living here the most positive experience! I'm so happy to call The Laurel my home!
This is a great place. It is a nice community and I love it in here. They have community activity where you can get to meet other residents. Also, all the staff are nice.
Place is amaizng I bend here for 4 months. Not one complain. Staff is perfect. Maintnance people are super fast. It's super clean and smells amazing
