Great residents, great staff including Rafael the doorman. Residents are safe and the work orders are dealt with in a timely manner.
Have enjoyed living at The Laurel. The apartments are fancy, location is good; being close to restaurants, major downtown attractions and the metrolink; and the biggest PLUS is the staff which is very friendly, prompt and professional. Also, love the fact that I get email notifications about package delivery and that I can pick up packages from the office late in the evening and on weekends too! If you enjoy downtown living definitely check this place out.
The staff is just the BEST. When we first moved in, our apartment had a damp smell to it. After several attempts of getting rid of the smell, Nicole and Alex set up for the carpets to be replaced with hard wood floors. Within a week or 2, we had new floors and the smell was gone! You just won't find better management anywhere.
My apartment here is my favorite thing about St. Louis so far (I haven't been here too long). My room has a balcony over looking the atrium and at night it's so great to either sit out there or stay inside and just open the windows and hear the water from the pool below. So relaxing! Plus the walk in closet isn't too bad either. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is near entertainment & good food.
