I haven't even moved in yet, but I feel like the property is engaged with residents and truly cares. Communication, responsiveness, and efforts to meet my specific needs has been great. I don't like leaving public reviews, but I am motivated to do so in this instance. I am making a long distance move, and that compounds the stress of what is already a major life change. Kathy has made me feel like I am her priority even though I gather, with two buildings, she has her hands plenty full. I am grateful. Looking forward to fina... read more

This place is a piece of sugar honey ice tea, water is getting shut off ever week, cause maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing. John sucks as a supervisor literally worthless. They tack on fees an add stuff to your lease and don’t even tell you. Oh and what they charge for rent you can find a place to live that is 10x better. The property manager Jennifer doesn’t do her job they really need to replace her. She moved her son onto the property and he gets special treatment. They have a huge mouse an roch infestation.

Our requests were attended to immediately. John's attitude is so positive. He cares about us. So very nice.

Overly priced, charges for every utility. Rent seems reasonable until your charged for water, sewer, and trash. This price fluctuates every month so expect to pay an extra $80-$100/month on top of rest costs. Underground parking will run you an extra $75/month or you can park outside for free where your car can get broken into. This place does nothing regarding that. Doesn't care about it's residents or their safety. Not worth the price to be here.
