Horrible experience and stolen from. Moved out April 2025. I was overbilled for moveout costs, and multiple calls and visits to the Laurel West office were not returned. Instead of dealing with my issue in a professional manner, they sent my bill to collections. When I contacted the collections agency, I was harassed and threatened by five different people. So, does this look like Cushman and Wakefield stole money from me? Sure looks like that to me. I've since never heard back.
Jamien was here a couple of days ago. He replaced the heating element in our stove. He said to let him know if we had any more trouble. He did a nice job, cleaned up after, had a very pleasant manner. Very satisfied with his work! Not sure yet about the stove. Seems to still be slow in getting up to the right temp.Will try it again.
