We visited this establishment for the first time and had a wonderful experience! This is the first laundromat that allows you to pay with card to use the machines. The machines are newer and the place is clean. The woman who helped us was named Natalie I believe. She was very accommodating and helpful. I also happened to be there when the owner came in and he is super nice. Not only was our laundry transferred, but it was also folded and bagged upon pick-up. We are so happy to find this place!
Went to go wash my clothes and a woman told me that I missed the last load. She said the last load was at 9:30 but they close at 11. She said,” and I’m not waiting here for you guys to wash your load.” Like excuse me? You’re open until 11. THATS YOUR JOB to wait until 11. So yeah, one star. Rude customer service. I will be calling someone to speak to her. Get a better job if you don’t like yours.
Very nice, 👍 laundry mat, and very good worker's, and free wifi.
This place is amazing! It’s very clean, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is kind and helpful. They also have some activities for kids to do while they’re there, which is a huge bonus for me! I have nothing bad to say about this place! I recommend it to my friends all the time!
