I had PRK done there 7 years ago and they said the only part of my vision that should go bad because of age (I was 42) is close up, I may need reading glasses. Well, all my vision sucks. It started getting bad about a year ago. So I spent all that money for only 6 years of good vision.

I had prk in both eyes in 2020, and another in 2022 just in my left eye. At the time my eye right eye was good, while my left eyes vision stayed the same. I’ve tried to see if I qualify for prk again since my ophthalmologist suggested I should because my eyes healed up really well and my vision isn’t too good. I followed their protocol and tried to use the “lifetime guarantee” they offer but was denied because my vision is “good” and they don’t see a need for prk again. Doesn't honor lifetime assurance plan for customers who had LASIK before the acquisition by the current owners.

Overcharged me by more than $300. I literally have the receipt of what I was supposed to be charged, but my card was charged far more. It has been 4 months of me trying to resolve this issue, with constant lies by Jeremy. Including the used car salesman trick of telling me I could opt out of the "optional" $1000 insurance, then AN HOUR BEFORE MY PROCEDURE while I was already at the clinic and had already taken time off work, I'm told the insurance is mandatory.
