I went for my consultation in October. The doctor was out. I was supposed to get a phone call to discuss cost ,scheduling ,and risks exs. Didn't get a call. So waited 2 week and I called them. They scheduled another appointment. Then called me back to cancel that appointment and said I didn't need an appointment that someone would call me back. 3 months later. I'm still waiting .
