Not a good experience. When I booked appointment she said she will call me back to confirm my appointment because not really sure yet a nail technician will be there at my requested location but she asked for my voucher number and I gave it. I didn't not realize that will be the mistake later.... I was waiting the call back but nothings. I assumed there will no nail person work so I call to let them know that I'm not interested to come in anymore because you kept me waiting for your confirm for too long. We have a 24 hour cancelation policy please be respectful of our Technicians time and our business policies. You may use your vocher as long as you pay us the late cancellation fee. The lashe spot.
I got a mani/pedi here and it was so incredibly relaxing. Ewa was my technician and she was super nice and really helped make sure that everything was good and that I didn’t mess up my nails leaving. Also I got a really good deal on Groupon and will definitely be returning. Thanks Ewa, I feel brand new!
The salon is amazing!! The people that work there are knowledgeable and so helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
RecommendedLove. Love. Love my new look! I booked an appointment with Veronica at the Kingsbury location for a mascara look. Leading up to my appointment, I got nervous and called the salon where they talked me through all the questions and concerns I had and made me feel super comfortable about my appointment. During the appointment if I was comfortable at anytime or I had an itch or irritation they immediately took care of it and I am beyond happy with my new look!
Yoselin did a glamorous job with my hair today. Highly recommended!
