Aunraya did my lashes at the shaker location and I absolutely loved them! She was very professional, she made me few comfortable and had relaxing atmosphere!! She took her time and did a awesome job! I keep getting compliments!
The service was 5 star, Shayla was wonderful with my daughter, as always! The reason for the 2 star is the text message the next day. Ayesha sent a message to my phone, thinking it was my daughter's phone, asking if "your mom accidentally grabbed a baby foot peel yesterday?" I did respond, saying I did not pick up any products while I waited. But now I feel very awkward and upset about being accused. It makes it very unlikely that we will rebook an appointment, even though we love Shayla...

I got my lashes done by Shay at the Solon location. She did a great job and made it a very comfortable experience for it being my first time! I would definitely recommend her!

maggie was absolutely amazing & such a sweetheart ! she was very professional yet personable, which made me feel super comfortable. i told her i wanted a natural look & she exceeded my expectations. i would highly recommend her to anyone - whether a special day or just for an everyday look. maggie's work is absolutely perfection. hands down.
I had Maggie at the Shaker Heights location. This was my first time getting lashes. She took her time to make me comfortable and explained the process to me. I am still a bit confused why I have to keep going back to make my way to a full set but either way my experience was good, Maggie is sweet and now I am Just waiting on Amber to get back to me to discuss microblading!!
