My first time going and I am very pleased and happy. The place is really neat and clean but better yet, Patrice is very friendly, personable and professional. To top it off she did a really good job. It did not even feel like I had full set of lashes done. I will be going back.
The best lashes in town
The worse experience I've ever had. I am not going in to details but this lady is not accredited to give lash classes. Unfortunately I find out the hard way. She takes your money and than she acts like she doesent have time for you. She is a scammer, big time racist and very rude as well,made me feel very uncomfortable. She will be reported. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ,TAKE YOUR CLASSES AT ACCREDITED SCHOOL,SHE IS NOT!!!!!
Came for my first appointment on time and stood outside a locked door for about 20 minutes knocking , texting and calling to no avail. She eventually picked up and was finishing up another client. Poor and no communication, didn’t even address what just happened. Weird energy. Probably was hoping I left to forfeit my money. Lashes were blah.
It was an amazing experience at Lash Lab by Patrice! I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door and Patrice was nice and professional. The shop is stylish and clean. The table I laid on was very comfortable and before we started Patrice walked me through the process of a lash lift and tint and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
