Don’t reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours. Their policy is 48 hours or they charge you $40. I needed to reschedule my appointment and called 45 hours before. They charged me $40-no exceptions to this. I’ve been a client since pre-Covid. I’m very loyal. I show up on time and never a no-show. They won’t budge on this. I will be finding another salon for my lashes. Beware 😡

I had such an AMAZING facial with Lexi!! She was truly such an amazing esthetician! She took the time to understand my needs and immediately delivered! Super relaxing and perfect pressure throughout the entire service! My skin felt baby soft and i left GLOWING! I HIGHLY recommend, truly such a wonderful experience. The spa was clean and professional and the staff was super friendly and made me feel so welcomed!! I will be coming back for another facial with my girl! :) 10/10 !!

Today was my first experience at khora beauty and I just HAVE to say how absolutely amazing and genuinely compassionate the girls were to me. I can’t recommend Alexis enough for eyebrow shaping. I recently switched to Alexis from a local salon, and was finally able to get the brows I’ve always wanted. She listened to my wants and provided great service.
