As a medical professional I chose Laser Lounge because it had wonderful reviews. The front desk along with staff are welcoming and nice. I purchased a laser hair removal package with 6 treatments to be paid in 3 installments. I have had 2/6 sessions and paid 2/3 installments. Unfortunately life happens and i have to leave from Fort Myers to Virginia. Laser Lounge would not refund me the unused amount, and will only provide me credit for laser hair removal. Great people very caring!!!
I have had a few treatments done at this location including Botox, fillers, and sclerotherapy and I had great results every time. Otto is very kind and professional and really takes his time to make sure that you get the results that you want. The front office staff is always very kind and accommodating and they remember you by name which is a nice touch. The office itself is always very clean and organized. I have referred a few people here and they all have nothing but positive things to say about their experiences.
I love the laser lounge! I'm seriously going to be a forever customer! Flawless, painless treatment, and the sweetest staff! I'd recommend them to everyone if I could!
I had some work done by Marie in October 2017 and again today. She is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
