Moved in July 2024 had a great experience. The maintenance and work order process has been very smooth. Last week my stove top had an issue, I placed the work order and the same day Jermaine from maintenance contacted me and updated me on the status of my work order. A few days later, Monday morning at 0830 sharp, the appliance repair tech came to repair the stove and I have had no issues since!
I love my place and the maintenance guy came out and assisted me the best way he could. I really appreciate him getting out.
To whom the review may concern, first i would like to start off with we rented this apartment as a last minute due to moving from NY and needing somewhere to stay. We got a video call from the office to see it. Once we finally moved in to the apartment there were issues (newly built apartment/townhome from 2024). Firstly, there was an amazing family of BLACK WIDOWS hanging out in the garage and sacks full of babies by the boat load and more spiders throught the corners of the house. Absolutely love the homes they are spacious. The staff are amazing and very helpful I have not had any problems since moving in. Don’t plan to move anytime soon.
