Two week old maintenance requests marked as completed when no one came. Office said there is nothing they can do, and we need to put in another request. Probably going to wait another two weeks for a response. This happens for every request you put in. Our A/C goes out 3 times a year.
They deserve a zero star tbh, I've never seen such a horrible job managing and maintaining the place. Don't get me started on the roaches,rats and leaking pipes. I'm surprised a few buildings haven't been condemned due to the outrageous amount of black mold growing outta control.
I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking about moving here — please don’t. Maintenance is terrible and pest control barely exists. My apartment has been infested with roaches, and I’ve even seen and heard a rat inside — which is terrifying, especially with my 2-year-old at home. Despite multiple complaints, nothing was ever properly fixed. Homeless people have been living in empty units, and the office staff knows about it but refuses to take real action. New management greatly improved the building with amenities, cleaning and service. Quiet place and close to well-rated schools. Clean and comfortable apartments.
