May God help you if you plan to live in this apartment 1) Maintenance - Emergency Maintenance Manager and Staff - I think they are imaginary people who do not exist. So when you join this apartment you are told how great everything is. Lie! Maintenance is a big issue. The a/c unit in my aparment fails to work every summer. God help you if it fails on Friday evenings. This would ensure that you are without an a/c in Houston weather. excellent med center apartment – Moved here last year for school and sadly will be leaving. I didn't have too many issues while living here. Had a difficult time getting maintenance out to change a light bulb, but when my toilet broke they were out in a few hours. Girls in the leasing office are absolute dolls. Great, no, EXCELLENT staff. They really made the entire process easy and have thrown some move out tips/info my way as well.
No way. – Please research this complex and corporate management befor you live here. Please please please.
