Staff is extremely dismissive of any complaints. The office doesn’t return phone calls. Basically if there are any issues, you just have to live with it. Would be a 5 star if the staff was more responsive.
Manager Zaira at Regatta Universal indicated to me, that she can have me evicted with rent late payment WITHOUT me going to court, Manager Zaira Castro of Regatta specifically said "you do NOT go to court at all, when I put eviction notice on your door, we putting a lock on there"..... I asked Manager Zaira Castro, you do not take me to court? You just put a notice then pad lock on my door? Amazing location, creative community, and an outstanding team. The staff is attentive and quick to resolve any concerns. If you have any concerns or questions, I recommend visiting the office—the team is approachable and truly cares about their residents.
Overall, not the best experience, but I'll start with the good. Pros: Proximity to Universal Studios. Nice sized apartment with a nice layout. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. It would have been nice if the jacuzzi had been more consistently warm/hot, but I didn't use it enough to be inconvenienced. The portal for maintenance requests is very efficient and most requests were handled the same day. Cons: Fees.
