I had an upsetting experience with Chris from the leasing office. I walked through the office to pick up a package, and he immediately came out the back and asked, “Do you live here?” In a suspicious tone. I’ve lived here for two years and questioning a resident like that especially when I was just picking up a package is unacceptable. It felt accusatory and racially motivated. This kind of behavior is not okay and reflects poorly on the management and the direction this community is headed.
Love this apartment complex. Nice modern well kept Garden like facility. Well managed. Great location. Seems friendly and safe. Plenty of parking. Update: I have been living at Reatta for nearly seven years and I continue to be very happy here. I like the garden apartment layout with plenty of grass, trees and shrubs throughout the property. I walk my dog often and know many of the residents and they are a good responsible group. We have no thoughts of moving.
Cozy apartment, convenient location, and outstanding staff. Repair services come quick and conveniently scheduled. Gym equipment a bit outdated.
This place definitely looks cool from the outside, but we have lived in multiple different apartments in this complex and every single one has bugs. The pool is closed every other day and the gate never works. It’s a very average place. The amount of space the apartments have is nice, and I love the porches but its a very normal apartment I would not say luxury apartment.
I can’t say enough great things about Veronica Diaz, the property manager and her team at Regatta at Universal. They are always kind, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. From day one, they have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to any questions or concerns we’ve had. It’s clear they genuinely care about the community and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. We’re so grateful to have them here thank you for all that you guys do!
