Awful community. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending, especially Chris in the main office. Everyone makes you feel worthless and like you don’t matter in this world. It’s anxiety inducing to live here. There are “rules” here but most residents don’t follow them. Those that do are often punished for it. The complex lacks morals, and it shows. Maybe it’s just the times now. People are different. This is the way of the new world. Unfortunate.

This place is absolutely amazing. The people who work here are extremely professional, friendly, and very efficient in everything they do. I had a few issues in my apartment, and they were handled quickly and without any hassle. Christian was the guy who came over, and he did an outstanding job fixing everything that was broken. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure all the problems were fully resolved before leaving. Staff is extremely dismissive of any complaints. The office doesn’t return phone calls. Basically if there are any issues, you just have to live with it. Would be a 5 star if the staff was more responsive. Staff also allows kids to treat the entire complex like a playground. Be ready to dog soccerballs and running kids. Also hope you like the sound of kids screaming, cause that’s all you’ll hear all evening. Doesn’t matter if you submit a complaint. Love this apartment complex. Nice modern well kept Garden like facility. Well managed. Great location. Seems friendly and safe. Plenty of parking. Update: I have been living at Reatta for nearly seven years and I continue to be very happy here. I like the garden apartment layout with plenty of grass, trees and shrubs throughout the property.
