If you are here deciding if you should move in and looking for some sign, don't even bother.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! They say they will 'help you' and don't!!!! THEY DON"T COMMUNICATE! Their third party site deactivated certain banks all of a sudden and got NO COMMUNICATION! But when we paid rent it CONFIRMED it went through but no, now we did get a $75 charge that they will not remove or give credit to!!!! YOU ARE THE ONES THAT DEACTIVATED THE BANK AND DIDN"T TELL ANYONE!!! If you want to lose money, this is your place, otherwise live anywhere else.

In a world where it seems true customer service and willingness to assist and truly take care of their clients has gone away, Jennifer Maldonado, and the entire Regatta at Universal staff have restored my faith in humanity and taking care of loyal customers and providing first class service to their clients. They have gone above and beyond in assisting and helping me and my family. I could not recommend the Regatta at Universal any higher as your next residence if you are a fan of exemplary service.
