This was my favorite place to live. The lake was beautiful and serene. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The manager was always friendly and accommodating. I’ve since moved due to a need for a bigger space. If they ever offer bigger cottages, I’d move back expeditiously!
The property manager Kristy is amazing! She has been extremely helpful, kind and professional. I love my cottage! It’s clean, beautiful and the community here is super friendly and welcoming. It’s peaceful and so absolutely love there’s a lake/pond for a gorgeous water element adding to the serene environment. I would recommend living at The Landings on Sandfort.
I have lived here for 3 years and we have been through 3 property managers. The first two property managers was worthless couldn't get anything done. The new property manager Kristy is amazing. She is very helpful always out and walking the property and making contact with anyone she sees outside. She is very responsive and gets work orders completed in a timely manner. We had booked this place because it was close to our son was graduating from the military. We get there the place has not been swept, was not clean at all cigarette butts in the sink half a roll of toilet paper for four days and unfortunately cockroaches. No TV said there was Internet but there was not.
I didn't go cause no one ever answer the phone or call me back
