I can’t get my original review to upload here but you can read the details on my Google review. The bottom line is even though the facility is new and there are a few positives, I do NOT recommend it to anyone. There were a very small number of compassionate staff that were good with the residents. Constant turnover, staff hiding instead of interacting with memory care patients, many complaints lodged with both EDs (there were two in the short time Mom was there) and nothing changed.
