Worst rental experience! – The office staff have poor communication skills and they don't negotiate whatsoever. Rent was late so they tacked on their extra 200.00 special back on the rent plus they are quick to evict. I had 5 days to respond to an eviction notice and when I called to settle the amount within that five days the landlord refused to take my payment if an extra 500 dollars attorney fee wasn't included.
Looks nice,but watch out! – They will offer you a special price, like 200.00 off, then if you are one day late on your rent you will have to pay the full price. They have been awful to my daughter and refuse to make needed repairs. Alot of bad kids hang out around there too. Don't know if they do criminal checks.
