In sorry you had a bad experience at The Landing! I went with a group of 40 elementary students which could be called stressful lol...they accommodated us with no problem. The kids had a selection from 4 entrees to choose from..we had NO problems or issues other than getting additional sauce or refills...overall experience was 5*stars! I WOULDN'T hesitate to take another group of kids ages 5-13 there again! Carole Scercy
We've been to The Landing Restaurant before, and know that it is nothing fancy, but this time will be our last. The cleanliness of the dining area and the quality of food need a lot of work.
Not only does the Landing Restaurant have hands down the best Ribs on Lake Norman but perhaps more importantly the staff & ownership provide a family friendly environment for all to enjoy!

Good food, good service we have been going there for years, the game room is awesome for kids,
Hostess was rude and unprofessional, basically called us liars. Food was cold and waitress was awful. Could be a great place but food and service needs A LOT of improvement.
WTF was that.....I can't tell you what was worse, the hostess who couldn't read her own notes on where we wanted to sit and super rude about it or the waitress which we had to flag down after 10 minutes of sitting down and who didn't know we were in her section and had to ask us what table number we were at and struggled to make a drink order and keeping refills.
