Great location, decent shape – The main reason I moved here is because the location but I really love having my washer & dryer in my apartment. It's nice not having to go out of the apartment to wash the clothes. The staff is pretty good and polite.
New Management – New management took over about 5 months ago and they've been busy since. They got the pool up and running and keep it clean. You can't beat the location, close to Wichita State, shopping, food, work. The maintenance people seem to know what they're doing and they usually get things done within 24 hours and the managers are very nice.
