Great management, easy to work with and maintenance is always there when a problem presents itself eithin the hour.
The landing was formerly under EXTREMELY poor management, and I think that is where all of the bad reviews were coming from. Currently, the management is great. You can't beat the location, the roof deck is awesome, and the walls are pretty thick (haven't heard the neighbors much at all in 3 years). The new renovations are well done as well. Overall a great place to live (now).
DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY 8 AM MONDAY-FRIDAY WAKE UP CALLS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ALL THE WAY ON THE TOP FLOOR BECAUSE THEY ARE BANGING, DRILLING, AND JACK HAMMERING. AND YES YOU CAN HEAR IT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING. They fool you into thinking it's a great place and that you'll be living in your brand new apartment before your lease is up.
