My absolute favorite restaurant restaurant in North County without a doubt! The sushi is super fresh-smells like the ocean. I highly recommend the water roll and the beef skewers. No way else to spin it in terms of the main ingredient, it's beef tongue. The beef tongue has been braised for several hours then fried crispy served with a sweet teriyaki and garlic Remoulade sauce. Very good sushi. Nice clean setting and service was very good. A lovely SOCAL day can be spent being watched from the front deck of this restaurant
We absolutely enjoyed everything . Chose to sit ouydoors. Had four creative appetizers were awesome. My husband had the halibut I had the filet with Mac n Cheese in truffle sauce. We totally recommend Land and Water. See you next time we are in the area!!!

This place is magical. Are you looking for the wow factor? A place for special occasions? The most delicious meal possible? EAT HERE! The food is ridiculous.
We tried the Butter Butter salad,The veggie pot pie and the tandoori chicken & all were amazingly tasty! Great service and eclectic crowd!
