This place is one of a kind. The variety of food, but most importantly it is all about sustainability. The beef skewers were to die for and the Land and Water Sushi roll was outta this world. If ever in Carlsbad a must go to place.

Freshest, most wonderful food here. Loving the sustainable ethics and a little bit of culinary diversity from a standard sushi menu. Bacon lardon, water roll and yuzu ice cream were pick hits for the night. Do yourself a favor and stop by one of the best spots in Carlsbad, if not the country.

Great place where they take their ingredients seriously and prepare just awesome food. They’ve got a great selection of beer and wines and the staff is on it. Chef Robert and crew, keep up the great work.
