Came in yesterday for breakfast and our waitress took our order and didn't write a thing down. I said to myself I ordered a create your own omlete and shes relying on her memory to get my order right?! Well she didn't and not only did I get it wrong she never refilled out drinks instead she stood and chatted with other employees and customers! The food was great would of been better correct and the service was not! Maybe you should of wrote down my order! Not impressed customer!!

Tell me why I was on hold for 13 minutes and managed to drive 10 minutes to get here, see a staff worker standing outside when I arrived inside. Same worker then walks back inside and asked what would I like while still on hold as the place was dead. No apology given and no acknowledgement.

This establishment refused service because I have a service dog. Upon trying to talk with the manager regarding my service animal she informed me that the law regarding service animals didn’t matter in her establishment.
