We recently went through the leasing process with Kim, and I have to say it was a truly smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Kim was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
Aya is simply amazing. She made my move so easy. She responded to my many phone calls and inquiries immediate and always had a solution to my questions with such professionalism and always a smile on her face. In addition Terri was just as helpful and took time to help me. You are so lucky to have them on your team.
My family and I had a lovely experience viewing the property with Kim, the leasing agent. The property is well maintained and looked after. A beautiful and lovely place to call home. Kim was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate the time she took to show us around and explain everything about the property. We are looking forward to securing our next home at this beautiful location!
I just recently rented an apartment at Lakeshore and I must say that your Representative Aya was a huge decision in choosing this building.She answered every question I had , never appeared rushed,went beyond in showing everything and was an absolute delight to do business with.She fully explained the process of applying and got back to me with answers even when I sent emails in the weekend.
