RecommendedNo place is perfect but, I just signed my 5th lease so I guess we're close enough. LOL Apartment living is not for everyone. Dog owners especially can struggle with living in such a close community. The best advice I can give is this... Make sure you are ready to accept the responsibility of being a good neighbor before you choose to live here. Having said that... The homes are lovely and roomy. The staff are helpful. The rates are good. I have no real complaints and enjoy living here.

RecommendedHave lived here for almost 10 years. For the most part it has been a great place to live. Really appreciate the current management. A big shout out to Shelley, Tammy and Jamie. Also to Kurt and John. They really go above and beyond taking care of everything for us and are always pleasant and accommodating while doing whatever is needed.
Recommendedhow much is the rent and deposit?
I applied almost three weeks Ago the lady was nice but I never received a phone call Letting me know if I was approved or not I paid my application fee and took the time luckily I found a beautiful home instead of an apartment so it worked out great but I think it’s very unprofessional that no one got back with me I would not recommend them
