I called to make an appointment because I had a tooth bothering me. I had to have a cleaning and x-rays. The dentist would check all the x-rays and discuss the toothache. They called me back said the hygienist was sick so they had to cancel appt. This was for the next day. Dentist couldn't see me the next day either. I couldn't get in until 1st week of April, granted my tooth was bothering me. I was very disappointed. Dr. Tracey and her team are Awesome I would Highly recommend them
Dr. Tracy Smith is above and beyond the Excellence of Dental Care. Her Staff is amazing and always willing to help. You are NOT just a patient there, they truly care about you and your family. My Children don't get upset when they hear the word "Dentist" anymore. If you are looking for a Dentist I would strongly recommend, The Lakes Dental Care, I drive a hour and 10 minutes to take my family here. Totally worth the drive!! :)
Dr. Tracey is truly gentle and kind. Always feel at ease in her chair and her team is patient and encouraging. <3
