Pretty calm and quiet place in the heart of Alpharetta. Just beside Manning Oak elementary School. Downtown is just 6-7 mins away. Grocery stores Kroger, Walmart, Costco, all within 2 miles. Current management is quite friendly. This is 2026.
They don’t pick up the phone, don’t know how to communicate, and get frustrated when you ask for a response. Alexandar was friendly and nice, but the whole process is extremely frustrating and ultimately led to me not signing a lease with them. Their phone number doesn’t work, and when you ask for communication and timely responses, I was given an attitude. I don’t recommend taking the time and effort of trying to lease here because it will be a waste.
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Windward and have been a resident here for 3 years. The community does an excellent job maintaining the property with regular cleaning and pest control services, which keeps everything consistently clean, comfortable, and well-managed.
