What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional management team: Richard, Kortnee, Callie, Gary, and Eder. After residing here for eight months, I encountered a drainage issue caused by a recent storm. Remarkably, within 24 hours, the maintenance team sprang into action, replacing damaged drains and landscaping despite the heavy rain and lightning. They completed the task within 48 hours. 100% recommended, you live quietly, excellent staff
Great place in an excellent location with nice amenities. What makes the place standout is the professional, friendly and helpful management team: Kortnee, Callie & Gary. In addition the maintenance team Jorge are very prompt and knowledgeable. My only criticism is the complete lack of recycling facilities however that is an office offsite corporate issue.
