I’ve had a very positive experience living at Cortland Windward. The community is well-maintained and has great amenities like a park, tennis courts, and a dog park. Manning Oaks Elementary School is within walking distance, and everything you need is nearby—Walmart, Costco, Indian stores, restaurants, and even a temple. The maintenance team is excellent. My family has lived here for going on two years and I cannot express how appreciative we are for Cortland Windward, management and maintenance. Mr. Raheem. White I hope I spelled that right has been a wonderful addition to the team He is very polite professional and very attentive. I recently moved to Cortland windward. Community is very nice and clean. Management is vey professional. I had very smooth moving experience. Thanks to Ms. Callie. She is very nice person. She waited for us to hand over keys even after office hours on our moving day. I appreciate her hard work, enthusiasm and professional towards work. Looking forward for better days ahead for us!
