The new management TAM is horrible. Unresponsive. Bad attitude. Do not get a new unit here. Save yourself from the stress.

I have started the hunt for a new apartment and began with Cortland Windward where I had the pleasure of touring with Sierra! I must say that she set the bar very high for any other tours I will experience! Not only was she compassionate as to our situation but she knew the answer to every inquiry that I had and I had a lot! The model was beautiful yet not so much that it overwhelmed the outstanding feautures and quality of workmanship. I highly recommend checking this place out and hope you get Sierra!
