The property was very responsive. Kiera answered all of my questions and was flexible with scheduling a tour.
my experience here has been terrible from day one. When I received the keys to my “new” unit, I immediately discovered a roach problem. Because of the infestation and overall condition, I have never even moved in. I contacted management multiple times and received no response or assistance. My cousin even reached out on my behalf to try to resolve the issue, and still nothing was done. I have spent my own time and money trying to address the problem, with no support from the office. Toured here over the weekend and had a great experience. The leasing agent listened to all my needs and guided me toward the perfect unit! I signed my lease on the spot and am so excited to move in! Highly recommend touring here!
The new management TAM is horrible. Unresponsive. Bad attitude. Do not get a new unit here. Save yourself from the stress.
