Garbage. No accountability. Like others have said. Dead landscaping. No accountability to home owners not abiding by the 130 pages of rules. Pool hasn’t been worked on in 40 days. At this point I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the obscene amount of money we all pay and the lack of leadership. Garbage.

Very pretty landscapes and beautiful homes .
Sadly we are very disappointed with the management and maintenance of the neighborhood. We have a patio home and the pay a separate HOA for the maintenance of the front yard, and they do the minimum with the upkeep. There are also dead trees all over and nothing is done to replace them. The pool needs maintenance and some work done and has yet not opened for the season and nobody is working on it and we are nearly in July.
