This has to be the absolute worst place you can move to. Maintenance tends to complete work orders without ever actually completing the work. My kitchen sink overflowed for months and they neglected to fix it until it started damaging the carpet in the hall closet and dining area. I pay nearly $1200 a month and can’t even enjoy peace and quiet. If you are looking for continual problems with management you should rent here. Moved in got an eviction notice two weeks later. Maintenance is slow and common areas are not cleaned regularly. But they are very good about sending notices over problems. You are not allowed to put a mat in the hall. You are not allowed to have a sign in your window or balcony. I will say there are some good and bad things about this complex. Pros: ✔️ Convenient location - close to everything ✔️Apartments are spacious - lots of room ✔️Buildings are secure ✔️Amenities are decent ✔️The Lake view is nice and there is a lot of beautiful nature to see. Cons: Management is terrible and won’t allow maintenance to fix anything. The stove in my place caught on fire last February and they won’t replace it. This is not a good place to live. Children are constantly running around the grounds (ages 5-7) and are not being watched. Often these kids are playing near cars or in construction areas, so dangerous! My building smells like marijuana daily. This is just unacceptable. The locks both the main door and the apartment door stick. I feel unsafe at night walking in because of this. OH and lets talk about the worst apartment blacktop ever.
