Cute place surrounded by wooded forests and more. Never really had any problems. Love the amenities - the indoor pool is particularly nice!
Not only is this apartment overpriced, but if you have a problem, it takes them FOREVER to get it straightened out. I had to go back to the office every day for a week to get them to come fix my washer. Also, my rental agreement was for $867/mo plus water, sewer, etc that they prorate out, I ended up paying over $1000 a month cause they outsource to a company in Texas to determine water prices. Theres also a creepy guy that constantly solicits underage girls via myspace on the computers for resident's use.
