I have lived at The Lakes since 2017 and in that time I have always gotten amazing service from the staff here. The matinanice has always fixed every problem I have had. Even one evening when a water pipe leaked from the upstairs apartment above me into my kitchen, they came out and fixed it that night. There was no trace it ever happened.
