We've been really happy with The Lakes. It's definitely a hidden gem of apartment living in ABQ. I've been surprised a few times by how well maintained the property is, the consistency of the amenities, and the helpfulness of the staff. It is a great value. The Lakes is hands down Albuquerque’s best-kept secret 🙌 The value that you get for what you pay in rent is unlike anything I’ve seen around town. My friends are SPEECHLESS when they find out what I pay 😱. I live in a large apartment with strong security measures 🔐 including gate access and overnight security guards.
